Increasing and saving Affordable Housing is one of our top justice priorities for this time in our life and mission.
As we prepare to build senior affordable housing, we are educating ourselves and supporting efforts to increase affordable housing in SW and beyond.
Beyond our own project
We Support Build First for Greenleaf
We will fight for no displacement of residents who wish to stay in SW.
We Support Mary's House for Older Adults
Developing housing and inclusive environments that comprehensively address affordability and access, and eliminate the constant worry of discrimination or even violence based upon the LGBTQ/SGL status of the individual.
We Belong to the Coalition for Non-Profit Housing and Economic Development (CNHED)
CNHED’s mission is to lead nonprofit community development organizations in ensuring that residents with low and moderate incomes have housing and economic opportunities in neighborhoods throughout the District of Columbia.
